Next time you are going camping, or packing up your survival essentials there is one key component you need to pack: Cans of Tuna.
I know it sounds crazy, but you can use a can of tune as an makeshift oil lamp. The natural oil in tuna cans can keep a wick burning just like an oil lamp, and when your done with it, you can still eat the tuna – delicious survival! The method is actually really easy: all you have to do is poke a hole in the top of a can of tune, ad make a wick. You can use a thread from a sock or sweater, and just insert it in the hole of the can, let it absorb the oil, and you have an oil lamp. Light and heat are just as essential as food in survival situations, so this method provides for all three.
