20 Hilariously Bad Breakup Texts

#20 LOLing at the worst time.

[caption id="" align="aligncenter" width="363"]20 Hilariously Bad Breakup Texts 20 Hilariously Bad Breakup Texts[/caption]

Begging for acceptance is the worst part during a break up where one forgets about his or her self esteem. It will only make your ex feel like a supreme being. It isn’t worth to even plead when there is no mutual respect in a relationship. As the basis for a strong relationship is reciprocated reverence. Most terrible feeling to be given up on by someone you really love. It is crueler to respond with LOLs in tense situations. Rather inhumane to laugh out while calling quits. Hurting and insulting someone’s true feelings. Yes, it hurts when you are LOLed at. click next below for other

#19 Wrong Ex.

[caption id="" align="aligncenter" width="314"]20 Hilariously Bad Breakup Texts 20 Hilariously Bad Breakup Texts[/caption]

Contorting relationships by texting the wrong ex is a sure shot present day scenario. Where breaking and making up is a common aspect of the mobile (cell phone) life. Texting the wrong ex can surely turn situations topsy-turvy. It is hilarious when one forgets the ex count. It’s a moment where you make fool out of a self in a jiffy. Keeping track really helps in such situations! Goofing up, plundering over exes and begging the wrong one for acceptance is comical. But using the same to down-show an ex is witty. Wrong ex is surely making rounds as a breakup text

#18 My Xbox is ok right?

[caption id="" align="aligncenter" width="400"]20 Hilariously Bad Breakup Texts 20 Hilariously Bad Breakup Texts[/caption]

One of the hilarious breakup texts which made rounds was the Xbox text message. The ex being more bothered about his/her Xbox rather than their relationship. Prioritizing relationship is one aspect which is being taken very frivolously in the present day scenario. Making up and breaking up happens to be an everyday chore. Being cheated upon isn’t a matter of concern than the safekeeping of an Xbox. You find the ex’s relief over the Xbox to be shadowing the pain of the breakup he/she underwent. Here the ex also knows your precedence and is targeting it as one of the meager basis of your ignorance.

#17 Standing right behind you…

Revelation and a simultaneous break up. Is it funny when you catch someone cheating on you red handed and braking the news thru text message rather than personally confronting the situation? Yes, may be; the ignorant cheater still unaware making an imprudent endeavor of keeping you in the dark. A: Where are you? B: Resting at home? Where are you? A: Right behind you. A situation where your ex has to acknowledge being caught in the act; finally letting go of the curtains that he/she was clinging onto. Heart breaking of course; but the text portrays your humor and self confidence.

#16 Someone’s not quite catching on.

[caption id="" align="aligncenter" width="363"]20 Hilariously Bad Breakup Texts 20 Hilariously Bad Breakup Texts[/caption]

Casual split ups. Personifying your relationship status to break up with someone is really hard to catch on. May be it is hard to accept the fact that you are no longer interested. Thus trying to justify that you are unaware of the celebrities’ current status? Or being deliberately ignorant though well aware of your intentions of splitting up? By exemplifying stars those have gone their separate ways is like indirect means of notifying someone of your objective of calling quits. It is more of a riddle; the other person has to unravel the mystery of what you are trying to imply (Breaking up).

#15 Batman knows how to break-up.

[caption id="" align="aligncenter" width="349"]20 Hilariously Bad Breakup Texts 20 Hilariously Bad Breakup Texts[/caption]

Using famous movie quotes from Spiderman or Batman to break up is rather a very hilarious way to acknowledge a break up. When you use your own words to describe how exactly you feel and genuinely is a mature way of calling quits. Unwise attempt that down shows your intellect and hasty life style. Movies deliver a break up message in a rather fabricated or imaginary way. But life is no movie. Rather than rationalizing just plainly accept it and put in a genuine way. Unlike movie quotes it is difficult to make sense by reading between the lines in real life.

#14 Wrong number.

[caption id="" align="aligncenter" width="309"]20 Hilariously Bad Breakup Texts 20 Hilariously Bad Breakup Texts[/caption]

Texting someone while cheating on them thinking they are someone else is deliberate or accidental? May be it is a deliberate attempt. It is more like targeting a break up in a rather indirect way. Wrong number break ups are quite common in a world where text messages have a gigantic influence on life style. Are wrong number texts a convenient way of breaking up? It cannot be a prank of course. Message delivered and result gained without much ado. Hurting someone under the pretext of a wrong number is not hilarious as even a practical joke for that matter.

#13 BULK up!

[caption id="" align="aligncenter" width="260"]20 Hilariously Bad Breakup Texts 20 Hilariously Bad Breakup Texts[/caption]

Breaking up through texts is not a big thing until you have the fortitude to accept it. If you are aware that it is immature on one’s part to break up through texts then definitely you would deny it. By using rhyming terms like bulk up, sip up, etc. It does tend to get hilarious when you don’t acknowledge your feelings. One has to be very firm and audacious in expressing and clinging on to it no matter what. Denying your need for break-up by making up false statements using the ‘rhyming words’ Portrays cowardice and lack of firmness in one’s belief.

#12 Some people just can’t take a hint.

[caption id="" align="aligncenter" width="400"]20 Hilariously Bad Breakup Texts 20 Hilariously Bad Breakup Texts[/caption]

Yes, blame it on ‘auto correct’. Sad it is when break ups happen over text messages. It is even sadder when another person is not accepting it and blaming it on the phone. It is obvious that the other person is unable to accept the truth? In such cases breaking up face-to-face is the only way out. Such attitudes clearly depict dependency and the need for the person to stay in a relationship. Harsh break up texts again wouldn’t work in such scenario. Some people just cannot accept failures and denials. Sitting down and maturely talking over it might break the ice.

#11 A Father steps in.

[caption id="" align="aligncenter" width="294"]20 Hilariously Bad Breakup Texts 20 Hilariously Bad Breakup Texts[/caption]

You really cannot stop laughing out loud rolling on the ground when a parent steps in. The most hilarious experience would be to receive unexpected texts from a parent. Particularly from a Father, who is trying to protect his little girl? What would you do then? Pretend to be a wrong number? Or simply break up? If a father threatens you asking you to break up with his child; would you give in or just take it to be a prank. I don’t think you will even consider it earnestly. But surely it would be a subject matter for a hearty laugh.

#10 Which is worse?

[caption id="" align="aligncenter" width="253"]20 Hilariously Bad Breakup Texts 20 Hilariously Bad Breakup Texts[/caption]

The worse is getting dumped. Worst is when it says wrong number. What would you do when your girlfriend or boyfriend texts you to have a break up; and again texts back acknowledging it to be a wrong number? You cannot make merry for it to be a wrong number as you are being cheated upon. Either ways you call it quits. Wrong number blunders are getting way too common. At times deliberate. Acknowledging as the number to be wrong does not make it look accidental. Anyone could figure it out to be a deliberate attempt to end ones relationship under a wrong number pretext.

#9 Yep, that’s the point.

[caption id="" align="aligncenter" width="406"]20 Hilariously Bad Breakup Texts 20 Hilariously Bad Breakup Texts[/caption]

It takes extreme courage to reply to a break up text message. But when you’re counter replied it leaves you devastated and dumbfounded. Trying to make the other feel what they are missing would rather put you through embarrassment when they concede the same as being the reason for splitting up. Either ways the person being dumped is on the losing spree. May be that is the reason most of them choose SMS as a medium to deliver breakup texts. This avoids awkward circumstances; like being slapped. Yelled at or even making scenes. Thus more than half the population relies on digital medium.

#8 What would you do?

[caption id="" align="aligncenter" width="406"]20 Hilariously Bad Breakup Texts 20 Hilariously Bad Breakup Texts[/caption]

How would you feel to be called as ‘Ex’ even before the process of breaking up? You get to discover that your relationship called it quits after familiarizing yourself with the term ‘Ex’. Most of the breakup texts though hilarious and stupid are more like a puzzle. Which you solve to find out that you are single again. Breaking up considered being a joke is hurting though. Others laughing at your cost is miserable of course. Few words speak great sentences. Forcing you to arrive at conclusions that you are being dumped through such texts proves insensitivity towards your feeling.

#7 Spell it out.

[caption id="" align="aligncenter" width="430"]20 Hilariously Bad Breakup Texts 20 Hilariously Bad Breakup Texts[/caption]

With the gradual increase of acronyms in text messages, it really gets difficult to make sense of text messages. ILY could imply both ‘I Love you’ and ‘I’m leaving you’. It would be the worst morning ever, if you woke up to a message that reads ILY, and later you get to know that it means ‘I’m leaving you’, your day is wrecked. Breaking up over text is rude of course but breaking up using such acronyms? Breaking up should be dignified in a lady like or gentlemanly way unlike using erratic abbreviations. It portrays reckless outlook towards life and relationships.

#6 It’s like doing pushups on your knees.

[caption id="" align="aligncenter" width="407"]20 Hilariously Bad Breakup Texts 20 Hilariously Bad Breakup Texts[/caption]

According to a recent survey, over half the population digitally end their relationship, where 25% rely on breaking up through text messages. 20 percent through social media and 11% do it through E-mails. Most people do it digitally as they find it less awkward. When the text says that it makes them feel like they never felt good about the relationship and use terms like push-up on knees, then it is really hurting and a bad breakup excuse. It is rather impolite to make the person feel vulnerable by such comparisons. Making the person to be dumped feeling not worthy of love.

#5 Nice thought, just a little too soon.

[caption id="" align="aligncenter" width="368"]20 Hilariously Bad Breakup Texts 20 Hilariously Bad Breakup Texts[/caption]

When it comes to breaking up through texts; we are usually of the opinion that the person should at least have the etiquette and decency to do it in person. What if the text is from a friend saying that you would be dumped. That is the worst thing that could always happen. If you intend to break up, make sure you don’t share the news with anyone including your BFF. The news may reach the person who is to be dumped through that friend. That would be both rude and impolite. No one asks for a rude awakening.

#4 Roses are red…

[caption id="" align="aligncenter" width="403"]20 Hilariously Bad Breakup Texts 20 Hilariously Bad Breakup Texts[/caption]

“Roses are red, violets are blue
You really thought I would cry over you?”

When you reciprocate a break up text message with a rhyme, it is hilarious. It shows your courage and also the lack of commitment to the relationship. But poetry to end up a relationship is unpredictably a funny way which the other person would never forget in his or her lifetime. You surely can get famous with such a text reply. For the person on the receiving end, you would never have expected such a reply for breaking up. Celebrated “break up rhyming text” that would always stay on mind.

#3 Meant for someone else.

[caption id="" align="aligncenter" width="402"]20 Hilariously Bad Breakup Texts 20 Hilariously Bad Breakup Texts[/caption]

Always beware to whom you text. You really cannot break up with your wife, can you? Marriage is still over even when you’re planning to break up with your girl friend. When you wrongly text your wife instead of your ex, then you are done and dusted. Living in the same place and wrongly texting your wife, you have to pay the price. It is logic then for a wife to file a divorce. No matter what your affair status is. Always be careful while typing and sending the text messages. Once you have clicked the send button, there is no turning back.

#2 I think I’m pregnant?

[caption id="" align="aligncenter" width="494"]20 Hilariously Bad Breakup Texts 20 Hilariously Bad Breakup Texts[/caption]

Breaking up to avoid long term commitments and pretending to be unavailable is hilariously unbelievable. ‘I think I’m pregnant’ is something that you don’t text but confront with face to face. In this age of text messages it is convenient to not to acknowledge through simple texts. How can you be unavailable when you text abut the same. Trying to get rid of someone through false texts by deliberately making them feel your lack of interest is witty and hurting. Crushing all hope. So, confronting through texts for such serious issues is not the right choice. Make it Face-to-Face.

#1 Single who?

[caption id="" align="aligncenter" width="256"]20 Hilariously Bad Breakup Texts 20 Hilariously Bad Breakup Texts[/caption]

A: Single.
B: Single who?
A: Single you.
It really hurts when you receive a break up text and hurts even more when your ex makes you the subject matter of ridicule. Your ex addressing you as ‘single’ is pain staking of course it also illustrates the seriousness or the level of concern and commitment your ex has towards you. Addressing you as ‘single’ leaves you astonished, pathetic, bewildered and also shows your dependency on your ex, who barely cares. It might be hilarious to a third person. But it does shatter your self confidence putting your self esteem at stake.
